By accessing or using the TEMPER member platform at temper-studios.com ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including members and staff.
Access to the Platform requires a TEMPER membership. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date. TEMPER reserves the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.
The Platform offers optional integration with third-party wearable devices (WHOOP, Oura Ring, and others). By connecting a wearable device, you authorize TEMPER to access health and biometric data from that device via its authorized API.
You may disconnect your device at any time from Settings. TEMPER does not share your biometric data with any third party except as necessary to operate the integration (e.g., the wearable's API provider).
Health data synced from WHOOP is provided by WHOOP and used per their Terms of Use. Recovery insights displayed in the Platform are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice.
The Platform uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude API) to generate personalized training insights and coaching recommendations. These insights are generated based on your activity, class history, and biometric data and are intended for motivational and informational purposes only.
AI-generated content does not constitute medical, fitness, or health advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your training or health regimen.
Class bookings made through the Platform are subject to TEMPER's class cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in charges per your membership agreement.
TEMPER reserves the right to modify or cancel classes with reasonable notice. In such cases, any charges associated with the cancelled class will be credited to your account.

All content on the Platform, including design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of TEMPER and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TEMPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES.
TEMPER IS NOT A MEDICAL PROVIDER. NOTHING ON THE PLATFORM CONSTITUTES MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. ALWAYS CONSULT A QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL REGARDING YOUR HEALTH.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEMPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR HEALTH-RELATED OUTCOMES.
TEMPER reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Platform access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by contacting us at info@temper-studios.com. Termination of Platform access does not automatically cancel your studio membership.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active members via email of any material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.
