TEMPER ("TEMPER," "we," "our," or "us") is a boutique fitness studio operating at temper-studios.com. We provide in-studio training, member management, and an optional digital platform that members may use to track their training progress, biometric data, and class attendance.

Account Information: When you create a member account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and membership details.
Health and Biometric Data: If you choose to connect a compatible wearable device (such as WHOOP or Oura Ring), we collect health-related metrics including heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate, sleep scores, recovery scores, active calories, and sleep duration. This connection is entirely optional. You may disconnect your device at any time from your account settings.
Fitness Activity: We track your class attendance, booking history, training streak, and progress notes.
Communications: If you contact us or engage with TEMPER's AI-assisted coaching features, the content of those communications may be stored to provide a coherent experience.
Technical Data: Standard web server logs, cookies for authentication sessions, and basic usage data necessary for platform operation.
We do not sell your personal information or health data to third parties.
TEMPER integrates with the following third-party services to deliver our platform:
Biometric and health data from connected wearable devices is retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of collection. Data older than 12 months is automatically deleted.
Account and membership data is retained for the duration of your membership plus up to 3 years after your last interaction, or as required by applicable law.
Communications and coaching logs are retained for up to 2 years to provide coaching continuity.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify active members via email for any material changes. Your continued use of TEMPER following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring text messages from TEMPER about your membership, class and appointment reminders, account and studio-opening updates, and occasional promotional offers. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
